Most of the time I have a very pleasant experience with this particular Starbucks. However today I waited 5 minutes to be pick up my mobile order and was never greeted. I stood by the sign that said “Mobile pick up here”. When I was finally helped I was told “just let us know you’re here for a mobile pick up”, I kind of figured if I was standing by a sign that says mobile pick up someone would at least acknowledge me.

Staff is so rude. I’ve been here multiple times in the past 4 years and in that time I’ve only encountered one nice employee, who I tipped because he was extremely nice. Just visited tonight and the kid was so rude. Didn’t greet me at the window, told me my total and rudely grabbed my money, handed me my drinks and simply said “here you go” and walked away. No courtesy at all. Just a bunch of rude college kids who don’t pay attention to the window but instead talk to each other. Just horrible.
